About Me

I live, like all of us, in a world dominated by stress-addicted, frantically ambitious people who value more the “skilled” experts, i.e. those who think they know everything about life. I am creative, I like art and I love nature. I think I have original thoughts and feelings, and I clash with all those who have universal formulas for understanding the world and live on clichés. And I consider myself, yes, a successful person, because I do what I like, I have an interesting life and a wonderful family. For this reason you should try a coaching session with me!

Why a Coach and not a Therapist

While coaching can be therapeutic, it is not therapy. Coaching is distinct from traditional therapy because it is not designed to address psychological issues. While emotional issues may arise, the primary focus of life coaching is to help you identify your goals, achieve them, and develop constructive habits and skills. There is little emphasis placed on the past with coaching, but instead the focus is on creating what you want now and in the future.
