About Me

I have been working for more than ten years in human resource management and after some negative work experiences I decided to take life back in my hands to react to the difficult situations that presented themselves to me. I wondered what I had to learn, what I could do to get out of those dark moments and live my work with a different attitude. So I started a coaching journey that led me to write this blog to share my experience and the resources that I believe are useful for an informed personal growth.

Why a Coach and not a Therapist

While coaching can be therapeutic, it is not therapy. Coaching is distinct from traditional therapy because it is not designed to address psychological issues. While emotional issues may arise, the primary focus of life coaching is to help you identify your goals, achieve them, and develop constructive habits and skills. There is little emphasis placed on the past with coaching, but instead the focus is on creating what you want now and in the future.
